Step # 1: Press the menu button
On the top left side of the Canon 800D, there is a button that leads to the menu. Click the button and head to the menu.

Once you are in the menu, navigate to the video settings with the help of navigation buttons present on the bottom right side of the Canon 800D.
To keep it easy, look for the third menu in the settings. That is the one you are looking for!
Step #3: Look out for Video System
Now once you are in the Video settings, look for “video system” in the verticle list.
Step #4: Select NTSC
This is the final step. Select NTSC in the Video System. By default, it is set to PAL which limits shooting video at 50Fps.

60 FPS
The Canon 800D can shoot 60 fps footage. You can shoot 60 fps and slow it down to 50% in post-production. Stabilizing that footage a bit will make it look as close to a video shot in 120 FPS. If it’s done right, it’ll be hard to tell the difference between a 60 FPS and a 120 FPS slo-mo footage.
50 FPS
Many YouTubers such as MSK shoot their videos in 50 FPS. 50 FPS is not much different from 60 FPS. Both the frame rates make the video flow smoothly. keep in mind that filming at 50 FPS or 60 FPS is very subjective; some people like it, some love it and some hate it. It all comes down to what you need the footage for and why.
30 FPS
This is the universal frame rate. Everything we see with our naked eye daily is close to 30 FPS. If you have no idea what frame rate to film, 30 FPS is the frame rate for you. The video shot at 30 FPS looks very natural and real to the human eye.
25 FPS
The visible difference between 24 FPS and 25 FPS is not humungous. The 25 FPS frame rate is mostly used for the video that will be broadcast on TV. Therefore, 25 FPS is irrelevant for you unless you are making content for TV.
24 FPS
The majority of the movies that are displayed in cinemas are 24 FPS videos. Bollywood also prefers 24 FPS over any other frame rate.
